Privacy Policy
Effective 22 October 2026. DDUJA KNIT explains below how personal information is handled on this website. Online product sales, class registration and newsletter subscriptions are not currently available. We will update this notice before launching those features.
1. Operator and contact

2. Information we process and why
If you contact us directly by email or telephone, we use the name, contact details and message you provide, together with our reply, to answer and follow up on your inquiry. The hosting environment generates access records such as IP address, access time, requested URL and browser or device information. These records support site delivery, troubleshooting and security. There are no published products or orders at present, and the journal pages do not offer a public comment form.
We use Burst Statistics for visitor analytics. In the selected cookieless mode, a daily rotating anonymous hash distinguishes visits without a tracking cookie or device fingerprint. The pages viewed, pages per session, time on pages and sessions, referral source and device type are recorded in this website’s WordPress database to operate and improve the site. Burst does not store visitor IP addresses or raw browser user-agent strings in its statistics database. Administrator visits and the current administrator IP are excluded from these statistics.
3. Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry records for up to one year after the matter is closed, then delete them. If a legal retention duty or an ongoing dispute applies, we may retain only the necessary information for the required period. Access records are processed in Hostinger’s hosting systems. The hosting dashboard lists the website server in Malaysia and the backup location in Singapore. The dashboard available to us can display a range of up to the most recent seven days. We cannot set Hostinger’s internal retention period ourselves. Contact us at the address above if you need us to check the preservation or deletion of particular records. Electronic files are deleted so recovery is difficult; paper copies are shredded.
Burst visitor statistics are stored in the WordPress database separately from Hostinger access logs. No automatic deletion period is currently configured, so statistics may accumulate while this service operates. Please contact us at the address above with questions about processing or deletion of these statistics.
4. Cookies and external resources
WordPress and WooCommerce may use cookies or browser storage for login, display preferences, cart sessions and visit-source attribution, depending on the feature used. Orders are not currently available, although WooCommerce scripts may still load. You can remove or block cookies in your browser, but some functions may then be limited. Some journal images load directly from Wikimedia Commons and the site uses Google Fonts. Loading those resources may send request information, including your IP address, to those services. 5. Advertising
If Google ads are displayed, Google and other advertising providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or similar identifiers to show ads based on earlier visits. Google advertising cookies may allow ads based on visits to this site and other sites. You can manage personalized ads in Google My Ad Center and opt out of some other vendors through AboutAds. Before activating ads, we will add any required consent and choice tools and identify the participating vendors.
6. Your rights and changes
You may email us to request access, correction, erasure or restriction of the personal information we hold about you. If applicable law limits a request, we will explain why. Changes to this notice will be posted here with their effective date.
